Narrative Descriptoin of a Typical BILLBOARD LIVE Facility
The vision and concept of Billboard Live is to create a multi-faceted entertainment destination utilizing the continued growth and resource and the 104-year history of Billboard Magazine by constructing an enclave for the celebration of music and other forms of entertainment. The core concept and design emanate from the creation of a unique indoor Music Village. The components of the Music Village include the Billboard Alley, a retail store, multiple music venues and stages, fully equipped main performance stage and studio, the Board Room VIP Club, the Roof Top restaurant and the Billboard Spotlight Nightclub.
A. The Billboard Alley
Utilizing today's most advanced audio, visual and lighting technology, the show design of the Alley will combine the fascinating elements of a museum with the exciting and ever changing world of entertainment. It will display more than a century of entertainment history including present day, new and emerging talent and events that will be continually up-dated, creating an experience unparalleled in the marketplace. Further, the Alley will include merchandise displays that would be available for purchase in our retail store. The Alley will give the visitor the impression of walking through the streets of Broadway in New York, Bourbon Street in New Orleans, or Picadilly Circus in London. The Alley will be the main thoroughfare by which the patron will explore and discover the other components of Billboard Live.
B. The Retail Store
Strategically located off the main entrance and part of the Billboard Alley, the store will be a collage of multi-genre decor and content. The use of cameras and monitors will add to the unique effect of futuristic design replacing the common mirror as used in most retail clothing apparel and accessory outlets. The inventory will be full line, including, but not limited to, music, video, clothing, memorabilia, art work and jewelry.
