The Awani Modern Resort Club was conceptualized to provide
affordable lifestlye activities, in world class resorts, with professional management and
all the attributes and benefits of a private club.
Daedalus were required to create a totally new leisure and recreational concept for the typical Indonesian business person and his family, while making the concept financially viable and sustainable.
This is not only included responsibility for the concept and
development strategy, but day to day operational structure and issues. Daedalus were
responsible for the sales and marketing of the club memberships for the six sites and two
cruise ships located throughout Indonesia.
Daedalus lead at Board level, driving the day to day management of the company.
