These beach fronting units will be managed by the new Cebu Intercontinental Hotel. Nestled along one the most tranquil beaches in Northern Cebu all units have ample terraces and balconies with spectacular sunset views over the ocean. A club-house provides facilities for the condotels and the hotel itself, and will act as the '19th hole' for the adjacent golf course.

Daedalus was commissioned to establish the concept and create the architecture for this first component of what will eventually become a large integrated resort.
