Kelvin currently enjoys a varied and entrepreneurial career, presently as a director CEO and Chairman for a number of companies throughout Asia and Australia. Kelvin continues to manage a broad spectrum of new business ventures, covering industries as diverse as property development and lifestyle operations, digital media, tourism promotion and graphic arts.

Development activities have included integrated resorts, festival markets, hotels, office towers, shopping centres, highway showrooms, a chain of truck stops, a school, as well as industrial and urban subdivisions. An interest in resort, golf and leisure operations extended naturally from project development, while a keen fascination for technology and computers has led to a successful venture into the field of Digital Video Broadcast (DVB). Additionally, Kelvin enjoys consulting to the IT, development and lifestyle industries.

Spread across Asia/Pacific, the above projects and operations have given Kelvin tremendous insight into the cultures and varied business styles of dynamic countries such as Singapore, China, Philippines, Indonesia, Australia, Hong Kong and Malaysia.

Kelvin has welcomed the opportunity to speak at a number of regional seminars and conferences, and to produce articles on the subjects of property development and digital media. He also value's the time spent as a member of the board for various Organisations throughout Australasia, and is currently a senior board member of the Singapore Chapter of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO).
